After your payment, you will receive access to the onboarding process, where I'll need various details such as injuries, preferences, and, of course, your goal. At the end of onboarding, you can schedule a 1:1 kick-off call with me through my calendar.
In the kick-off call, we will discuss the goals of our collaboration together and clarify your next steps. You will gain access to your personal 'Tracking System,' and we will go over how check-ins with me will work, along with expectations from both sides. By the end of the call, you'll have a 12-week roadmap clearly defining when specific steps toward achieving your goals can be implemented.
After the kick-off call, you'll start immediately by establishing small habits. One to a maximum of 2 new habits per week, allowing you enough time to implement the newly learned practices daily. The 'Members Lab' is a crucial component, guiding you from module to module. Each module addresses a topic in a 15-minute video and concludes with a clear 'Action Step.'
Once a week, we'll have a check-in where you share your training results, progress photos, and weight with me. Based on this data, I'll provide you with the next steps, and you'll receive a personalized video from me.
Last but not least, there are group coaching calls twice a week. In these sessions, group members can get their questions answered, make commitments, and discuss topics such as mindset, nutrition, and training.
